Abstract
See https://findit.library.yale.edu/yipp/catalog/digcoll:1018695 for "Joshua's Will." The placenames are outdated and the exact boundaries merit a closer examination. Public Records of the Colony of CT Vol. II, 291-2, gives the exact date of the will's execution as February 29, 1675. A footnote states that, "The division of this property, and the questionable title of the testator to the lands devised, gave rise to numerous law suits ; and frequent references will be found in the Records and State Files to the claims of " Joshua's legatees.""
