Based on the 1910 Willimantic Census data, only 3 out of 11 teachers were listed as living in town. All of these were listed as white and between the ages of 20-30. The majority of the female teachers were teaching subjects such as English and Latin/Greek. The majority of the male teachers were teaching subjects like History and Science.
